Beyond Avatar Clothing and Fantastical Avatar rewards, our team also heavily supported several Meta-partnered studios in creating a range of 3D Props. Since many partner studios have smaller art teams, we helped build out inventory - unlockables, upgraded weapons, and collectibles for players to earn across their games.
For these projects I often worked with development teams directly in order to collect and refine request sheets, scout for references, and add descriptions for items that they wanted for their games. Since the majority of these did not come with concept art, it was up to me to help establish style guides and technical frames for each project, as well as teach external artists to keep design consistencies between assets for each project. Ultimately, we were able to produce over 400+ assets across all titles, which were then handed off to the development teams for implementation.
